- development and monitoring of the General plan of Kyiv city development for the period till year 2020;
- general plans of the territories;
- planning charts;
- detailed plans of the territories;
- town-planning grounds;
- planning of the system of town-planning cadastre of Kyiv;
- planning of multifunctional, housing, office, trade, hotel, recreational and logistic complexes;
- projects of the complex public welfare, landscape design, architectural illumination;
- survey geodesic and hydrographical works;
- implementation of functions of a customer as to construction of objects.
